Spread the wrap with a layer of mayonnaise/houmous/salsa/taramasolata etc. (or anything to provide flavour, moisture and a 'sticky' layer for dry ingredients)

Fill with delicious ingredients (see our recipe section for ideas) but leave about 2.5cm of the wrap free. |

Fold the first section up over the filling |

Fold in one side, then the other and press gently |

Holding the sides down with your fingers, use your thumbs to roll the bottom of the wrap up to the top. |

Press gently onto the wrap |

Cut the wrap diagonally into two |

Rest one half on top of the other to show filling and garnish with a bit of salad. Enjoy! |
