Follow these simple steps
...for the perfect wrap!
Rolling a wrap is hardly rocket science but it's surprising how many people do it wrong and end up with filling all over their laps.

1. Spread the wrap with a layer of mayonnaise/houmous/salsa/taramasolata etc. (or anything to provide flavour, moisture and a 'sticky' layer for dry ingredients)

2. Fill with delicious ingredients (see our recipe section for ideas) but leave about 2.5cm of the wrap free.

3. Fold the first section up over the filling
4  Fold in one side, then the other and press gently
5 Holding the sides down with your fingers, use your thumbs to roll the bottom of the wrap up to the top.
6 Press gently onto the wrap
7  Cut the wrap diagonally into two
8  Rest one half on top of the other to show filling and garnish with a bit of salad. Enjoy!
